Auto girder spot welding line is mainly composed of welding robot, welding system, water cooling system, quick changing fixture, polish system etc.
The line is using for auto girder welding, it adopts two sides workstations layout, and robot welding in the middle, each workstation could be layout as single robot or double robots based on product structure and yield, and between same side workstations could adopt no energy slide table for workpiece transfer.
The line could adopt workstations that integrate coating, stud welding and marking.
The girder welding line is generally adopt multi machines coordination work, materials transfer and welding on one time, equipment is stable and welding quality is higher.
