Auto door frame angle arc welding line
Auto door frame angle arc welding line is mainly composed of arc welding robot, welding system, quick changing location device, quick changing jig, safety housing, etc.
The line is used for auto door frame welding, it is designed as eight shape double workstations, one side for welding, the other side for loading, working shift between person and robot which could improve robot efficiency, each workstation is fixed quick changing device, the bottom of jigs are with truckles which will easy for changing.
The auto door frame welding line generally using with fixed double workstations, which floor space is small, less investment.
The jig position adopts the cylinder piercing pin positioning structure, which can realize the rapid switching of jigs and high flexibility.
