Auto seat spot/arc welding is generally using rotate double welding units, single side station for loading, which could reduce workers walking.
The line could layout as many stations rolling as one line, which could low costs, stable equipment.
The seat frame is generally using traditional welding technology, the frame and back plate connected by spot welding, the recliner is generally using CMT welding technology.
