Auto bumper arc  welding line is mainly composed of welding robot, welding system, three axis table, quick changing fixture, safety housing, etc.

The line is using for auto bumper welding, adopts horizontal rotation double station or fixed double workstation unit form, one side for manual loading/unloading, the other side for automatic welding, it could be layout as straight line based on product structure and yield, that with higher flexibility.
