AUTO FLOOR ONE BEAM SPOT WELDING LINE
Auto floor No.1 beam spot welding line is mainly composed of welding robot, welding system, horizontal rotate table, quick changing fixture, safety housing, etc.
The line is using for auto floor No.1 beam welding, the equipment adopts horizontal rotate table and shift between A/B sides stations, the line sets with double electrode holders, the robot could be automatic switch, and could weld different structure products with multi direction welding technology.
The line could achieve different fixtures high speed shift, and with higher equipment compatibility.
The stations could be automatic rotate shifting, manual loading on one side, reduce workers walking, improve product efficiency.
